The Natural Way Health Clinic SMS Program provides text message communications related to patient care and clinic services. Message types may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications, care coordination messages, educational information related to your care, administrative notifications, and occasional service-related updates. Marketing or promotional messages may be sent only when you have explicitly opted in.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the clinic.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages.
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.
If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may do so by signing up again through one of our opt-in forms, booking systems, or by providing written consent during your interaction with the clinic. Upon re-enrollment, SMS communications will resume.
