with traditional Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point
therapy, hydrotherapy, myofascial techniques, and low grade joint
mobilization. Each can help to normalize muscle tissue, enhance
circulation, improve posture and promote the healing process.
Massage therapy is a hands – on manipulation of the body,
specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and
joints. Massage sessions have a therapeutic effect on the body and
improves the health and well-being of individuals. Bringing
awareness to the entire body is an integral part of achieving
whole-body health.
